If  you like to read or maybe need a little motivation to read more, how about blogging in exchange for newly released books?

Waterbrook Multnomah Publishing Group will send you review copies for free in exchange for an honest and thoughtful review on your blog or web site, their Blogging for Books site, and a retailer’s web site. The cost of shipping is also free. There is no minimum traffic requirement for your blog and no approval process. They also have Book Blog Awards for bloggers and prizes.

They make books available for review based on the preferences you set when you signed up for the program. You can pick from categories such as Historical Fiction, Romance, Non-Fiction, etc. (I recommend selecting several categories to get a broader selection of books to read.) They mostly make new or upcoming releases available for review but some backlist titles may be added, too. Once you receive your book, you have 30 to 90 days to write your review. It’s preferred that you write your review within 30 days. Once you signup, you’ll be provided a list of available books based on your category preference. You’ll get your book in 10-14 business days and once you post your review you can choose another book to review.

Also, if you are a student, this is a great option. If you have a class that requires you to write reviews for school, why not take the extra step and publish your reviews online? There is a minimum age requirement of 13. Isn't that cool?
