As sinners seeking forgiveness from God we must realize that we have to be able to forgive others if we expect to be forgiven by Him.His compassion and understanding are evident throughout the book. But he understands that we allow our past and present trauma to multiply by the way we think about it.I saw my life in a new and fresh way through this book. With a built in study guide and an easy to read format this book would be great for a Bible study or for an individual.I highly recommend this book and if you are like me have a pen, paper and marker handy as you will be using them.
